This week Smallmouth bass fishing has been outstanding. Earlier in the week we dealt with east winds but Lucky Craft Slender Pointers and Hair Jigs saved all of our trips. The past two days with hardly any wind and warm sunny conditions lead to great catches in Door County, especially in Little Sturgeon and Riley’s bay. Catches this week ranged from 15 to 50 Smallies, depending on the weather. Huge Thanks to all of my customers for choosing me to be their Door County Smallmouth Bass Guide. Fishing should only get better the next few weeks as the Spawn gets into full swing.
