Door County Fishing Guide Report

SEASON STARTS MAY 5TH!

Safe Ice Fishing in Door County is long gone and I’ve been giving all my focus to the up coming Smallmouth Bass season. This season is setting up to have a cold start, but this should provide excellent Smallmouth Bass Fishing on both Green Bay and Lake Michigan. We are super excited to get back into the Ranger 620FS and casting open water for Smallies. I have only a few more days to fill for both May and June Door County Bass Fishing.

This season we’ve added a few additional options to the Ranger 620FS, first off I installed 8′ duel Power Pole blades with drift Paddles. These shallow water anchors and with out a doubt going to keep us on Shallow water Smallmouth throughout the season. I also added a bunch of New Supreme Spinning Reels, St. Croix Rods, Z-Man Plastics, Lucky Craft Lures, Swimbaits and Jigs! I’m currently installing another Humminbird Helix 10 to the dash to be hooked up to Mega Imaging full time. The other Helix 10 at the console will be used exclusively for Mapping. We are stocked up and ready to guide customers to Trophy Smallmouth’s!!

Washington Island

Washington Island trips are also starting to fill. Thanks to all the returning customer and new customer for booking early! July 1st marks the opening day of Fishing around Washington Island and this season should be nothing less then amazing. The Famous Fall Smallmouth Bass Fishing around Washington Island is now over half full.
